US State Privacy Notice

1 Scope

This Notice supplements the main Privacy Policy of Brachmann Online Marketing GmbH & Co. KG (“we”, “our”, “us”) and applies to residents of the
Covered States: California (CPRA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Delaware (DPDPA), Florida (FDBR), Iowa (ICDPA), Maryland (MODPA), Minnesota (MNCDPA), Montana (MCDPA), Nebraska (NDPA), New Hampshire (NHPA), New Jersey (NJDPA), Oregon (OCPA), Tennessee (TIPA), Texas (TDPSA), Utah (UCPA), Virginia (VCDPA), and any other U.S. states that enact materially similar consumer-privacy legislation in the future.
The U.S. states currently covered by Google (for which an opt-out option therefore can appear in our apps that use Google AdMob advertising) and related background information can always be found at Google’s website: https://support.google.com/admob/answer/10862202 .

2  Products Concerned

This Notice covers all mobile and Mac applications we publish under the developer name “Brachmann Online Marketing GmbH & Co. KG”. A current list is available on Apple App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/developer/brachmann-online-marketing-gmbh-co-kg/id682848918. The Notice automatically extends to any new apps we release that link hereto.

3  Personal Information We Process

IDFA = Identifier for Advertisers, a resettable device identifier used by iOS for advertising purposes. You can reset or disable it in iOS Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking.

ATT = Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt; the IDFA is shared only if the user grants permission in this prompt.

We do not store these data on our own servers. They are handled by Google LLC acting as a Service Provider / Processor under the applicable state laws.

4  Use & Sharing

5  Optional Premium Subscription (Pay‑for‑Privacy)

Users may purchase a Premium subscription that disables all advertising. Participation is voluntary, may be cancelled at any time, and constitutes a permissible financial incentive under CPRA §1798.125 (b) and comparable provisions in other Covered States.

6  Your Privacy Rights

Our apps themselves do not store any information that directly identifies you. All advertising data are processed by Google AdMob. You can already control that processing at any time by:

If you wish to make an additional access or deletion request, you have two options:

  1. Email us at info@brom-apps.de and tell us which app you used and when and your IDFA. We will forward your request to Google AdMob and confirm completion within the statutory timeframe.
  2. Or submit your request directly to Google:

We will cooperate with Google to ensure that any personal information associated with your ad requests is handled according to state law.

7  Retention

We do not retain personal information beyond transient ad‑delivery logs. According to Google AdMob’s current policy, ad‑request logs are kept for up to 14 months before being aggregated or deleted.

8  Children

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 and are not flagged as “child‑directed” under COPPA. Should federal or state law adopt materially similar child‑privacy rules in additional jurisdictions, this statement will apply correspondingly.

9  Updates to This Notice

We may update this Notice to reflect changes in technology, legislation, or our business practices. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
